~Introspective Perspective~ Pollux

There are vampires that once upon a lifetime ago riddled this city with their wit and their dubious charm. To know them was to understand how sharp their insights, how searing their opinion. I've the honour of seeking and being granted an insightful interview with Pollux, one such described.

I hope you enjoy this interview with a vampire few can say they know well, and even less whom can truly call friend. I have the honour, of believing myself both. So I think it apropos that I kick off the Introspective Perspective with this interview with Pollux, son of Lucius. High Priest of the Temple of Lies.

Who is Pollux?
That is SUCH a generalized question is it not?
I am just another pire in the city of many with of course the usual vices.

You are the High Priest of the Temple of Lies. Why did you destroy the temple? What was going through your mind when you made the decision?

Yeh I am High Priest. *chuckles*
I destroyed the Temple for various reasons.
I was tired of it.
Tired of the inactivity and absolutely tired of the stagnant conditions that had ensued.
Why keep it alive?
The Temple used to be known and while many may have thought their various opinions about us...we did provide some interesting...moments. Not this wishy washy crap that has been flouted about by the Pretenders.
As well, I myself was unable to set the "great" example as High Priest and always be there...so I figured let us be done. If I wished it, perhaps some time in the future it would be resurrected...perhaps.
IF that choice were made at least it would be in an attempt to maintain the status quo provided by Lucius...

Where in the world have you been? It’s like you dropped off the ends of the earth, what have you been up to and what can we expect from Pollux in the future?

I have been here and there...but mostly I sleep.
I am back with SIE and to be honest have just been lazy and snoozing around.
What to expect in the future. Lol...if I told you I'de have to kill you. *smiles* On a serious note...to be honest I do not know. Boring aren't I?
Actually I might go streaking thru the city with a spork or two...lol.

What does it mean for you to be the son of Lucius. He is quite a predominant figure in this city. How has that affected your unlife if at all?

What does it mean to be Lucius' son? It means extremely large shoes to fill especially being the next High Priest and being given such a collossol responsibility as the Temple.
It means inheriting some enemies and some friends as well.
It means wishing that Daddy O could maybe...ah well. You never know hmm?

Has there been love in the unlife of Pollux? Is there room for love in your unlife at all? What are your thoughts on the emotion and how it is treated in this city?

Once there was love. Only once.
Room for it? I am a sleepwalker in the city of the dead. There is no room for it at this point for me.
The emotion of love? It is as any and all perceive it to be. I mean, just because one is undead doesn't mean we cannot love or be loved. How is it that we enjoy other graces provided to us?

If you were to take a snap shot of a moment of great pain and a moment of great joy in your unlife. What would those two photographs have in them and what scenes would they portray?

Great pain would most definately be when Lucius left the city.
That snapshot would be of Lucius battling with evilive in the foreground...and in the background verbally duelling with Vermathrax...always did enjoy those convos they had.

As I said, regardless of how one felt about him, and believe me, we had our differences just like all do in a close knit relationship, but when all was said and done, he was great for this city.

Great joy would be when I left Clan Archangel.
That snapshot would be of Archie with a very inflated head in the background...side by side with that bloated Mooncow...and all of us marching out like wee little ants.

You favourite curse word?
Geez. Ummm....slapass. *smiles*

Shakespeare or Jack Handey?
Depends on the mood.

Ferrari or Arabian Stallion?
Most definately stallion. There's such an exhiliration in having a beastie of that size beneath you...

What’s your middle name?
Don't think I have one.

Red Riding Hood or Sleeping Beauty?
I think that both would be lively...and quite lovely as well. But if I had to really choose...the chase is more of interest than one just lying there. I think I could be a pretty umm interesting big bad wolfie...*bares teeth*.

Top or Bottom?
Bottom...definately bottom...*winks*

Thank you to Pollux for granting this interview. Now, maybe it's just me and the prurient direction of my thoughts, but did anyone else wonder exactly WHAT Pollux means when he says he's DEFINITELY a bottom? Yes, indeed, the visual there is.... tantalizing. If you're that way inclined of course.

Please stay tuned for more of the same.
