The Ravenblack Grimoire

In a chilling reminder of how dangerous this city can be, Grimoire contributor and general factotum, Matt Black, disappeared yesterday, failing to turn up for a series of important meetings.

Normally, it would be assumed that such absence would be caused by a new love or a heavy night. However, Matt Black was notable in that he showed little interest in either women or alcohol. Matt started at the Grimoire at the request of previous proprietor Damari, and has been a stalwart of the staff ever since.

A staffer at the Grimoire said "Matt is an odd fish. Very ordered, very precise, very ... weird. But he works very hard and is ALWAYS on time. This is very upsetting for all of us. I just hope they find him".

If anyone has any information regarding the whereabouts of Matt Black, could they please pass such information to the Editor. A small reward may be forthcoming if he is not too badly roughed up.
