The look and feel of the site will be tailored within reason to the winner's specification. A custom web domain www.your-pub-name.co.uk will be registered for the pub, to give it a distinct and memorable address. If the winner so desires, ongoing administration of the board will also be taken care of.

In other words, the new owner will be free to just swan in, look beautiful and entertain the customers.
