Justice is one of the main key points in the code of the samurai.

Base and actions not well thought out were unacceptable.

Love and benevolence were supreme virtues and princely acts to the samurai.

Sincerity and honesty were as valued as their very lives.

Samurai showed complete self-control and stoicism at all times to be fully honored.

Samurai never showed pain, discontent, nor elation. He was to feel from within and share only his stoicism.

The combined warriors of TiC/Yggdrasil/ES draw first blood in this conflict, taking down the Church of Blood's Moondreamer. The final blow was dealt by Count Tuna of Yggdrasil.

Why would it take such a force to attack one leader? Why would it take such a force to attack one clan? Has The Inner Circle instilled such fear in the hearts of the denizens of this city, that a single clan would not dare attack them alone?

Who will now inevitably join in on the frey? Does The Inner Circle aka TiC have a secret hidden in their back pocket? Will the illustrious Yggdrasil jump in to assist? What about Empty Spiral, or Ephiny's quiet but forever growing clan? Who is that sitting in my lawn chair?

What is it that drives a vampire to the brink of madness? There are many factors, I must confess, that I have seen destroy and ruin a vampire in distress. Often a vampire once fine and distinguished, suddenly finds themselves in ruinous reproach for some heinous or duplicitous crime, error or misstep.

Often it is shear ego, other times ignorance and paranoia... but the key factor that leads to the fall of most, is quite frankly anger.

An otherwise hard working and integritous vampire, for some reason filled with angst and ire, will suddenly go off at the mouth, denouncing all around him and watching as his world crumbles to the ground. Those shameful and unforgiving lips, spewing off garbage that later he will regret, even possibly lose his life for. Yet still he carries on. Repeating the same tripe and responding with the same careless anger that got him killed months, weeks, days, even minutes before.

Word on the street is that there is a new regime out there in our fair city. This scary group of po' foke bare proudly their uniform of flip flops, camoflage huntin' ball caps and the perfunctory wife beaters.(for those non americans, wife beaters are mens white tank top undershirts, usually worn by those whose furry belly can do nothing to help itself but protrude from the bottom for all to see)

Rumour has it, that a gracious and powerful "Cold Hearted Bitch" is the secret leader of this frighteningly uncouth group of fashion faux pas.

Smackin gum and chewin tobaci, they swarm their trailer park den, looking to feed on small rodents. Primarily over drawn, chest beating pig squealers, that tout their own delusions of granduer and misconceptions as if they do not even know that no one else in the city is dumb enough to believe them or care much what bull they have to say.

May it be known, that the Unholy Alliance, made up of The Sanctuary of Immortal Enlightenment, The Enforcers of Enlightenment, The Republic of Ravenblack (which now also includes under its flag, the League of Shadow Demons), and The Ferrymen, would like to announce and welcome a new addition to their alliance, The Hall of Rogues. We wish to congratulate them on this powerful and exciting new union.

This is an old and historically majestic city. Time changes everything and absolutely nothing. In just a short time, AQelDroma and Capadocious will be celebrating their 2nd year of marriage, which as we all know, is the equivalent of 200 years in other worlds.

Wed on February 14, 2005, this pair has been through a great deal of trials and tribulations, but no one can doubt their resilience nor their ability to keep it "real."

There are very few couples that have made it that far, and some that have been bound to since the beginning of time. Some have jumped from mate to mate, like a bee to a flower. Week after week causing drama and blame. Sometimes even losing their beloved clan over a romance of which they simply could not let go. Some have based their very future on the power of their mate... though almost everyone that has ever used a mate to rise to power, and not had the intelligence and backbone to back it up has failed.

The two recent polls will be closed on Sunday and all of the vampires that received more than 1 vote will go back onto a new poll.

In yet another unexpected turn of events, Shaarinya has severed herself from her partner jimmher, who is currently dead and buried but reportedly returning from the dead. jimmher, a vampire for which Shaarinya has repeatedly declared her eternal love and devotion, is now dead and buried and severed.

In an even more dramatic move, Shaarinya has burned Noches Oscuras to the ground declaring "The stigma associated with the name of the clan due to jimmher's actions, are something that can never be redeemed....I cannot be held accountable for his actions anymore. A fresh start for all of us, and my clan stands behind me."

On behalf of the Hall of Rogues, and undone, Gypsychild has announced that undone has left the City, citing personal reasons.

She was an honored clanmate, and they are sorry to see her go.

The Sun Clan celebrates their 4th year today. Quite an illustrious feat in a turbulent city such as RavenBlackCity.

I took some time out to sit with Boomer and discuss the beginnings of the clan and her recollections of the city and clans back then. Here is how it went...

Hesu: So was Sun Clan your first clan?

Boomer: Yes

Hesu: Who was the founding Patriarch or Matriarch?

Boomer: The Sun founded The Sun Clan, hence the name.

Hesu: I figured that
Hesu: Was it always designed to be a neutral or peaceful clan?

Boomer: Yes I believe so

Hesu: When did you join the clan?

The call went out throughout the land. "No weenies, no weenies..."

And so it was, that Moirai was going to battle the Capadocians. His battle with them raged on and off as the CoB/SIE war ravaged forth. Nights would pass in silence, then the attacks would recommence.

Moirai states that UnicornDream, upon his being sumarily booted from CoB, tried desperately to persuade her peers and to get the others to zero him, but to no avail. Other former members of the CoB at the time, claim this was never the case, yet still the bad blood between Moirai and the members of the Capadocian Clans "Inferno House" strengthened and continued.

Hesu, as well as most of the city, forgot about the fray beteen these two rivals. Her attention was reasonably focused on what was left of the CoB and how her own battle would soon end. The eminent end of the war between these two clan factions and the veritable destruction of the Church of Blood became a memory in time and periodically Hesu would see Moirai or hear from him.

TGCsmith has had her citizenship stripped and revoked from The Republic of Ravenblack aka RoR. In speaking with Head Consul Seyda, she sites irreconcilable differences.

Seyda, who recently took over another clan, League of Shadow Demons aka LoSD, has been in a push and pull with TGC, over the rights of who it belonged to. Seyda and TGCsmith, both had been founding members of LoSD along side DarkestDesire but Seyda had left to form RoR. DarkestDesire was for a longtime the main contact there as leadership was concerned, later employing TGCsmith to rule at her side.

In the on going and overdramatic saga of this situation, Seyda has claimed all along, with much substantiation, that she and TGCsmith had together planned to gain Seyda full control. TGCsmith later denying the fact and claiming Seyda had stolen the right.
